About Greene County Court Records

Court records in Greene County, Georgia live across the Clerk of Superior Court, Probate Court, Magistrate Court, the Sheriff's Office, and state systems such as Georgia Courts e-access, GDC offender search, and vital-record channels. The goal is to make those routes easier to sort without implying that one countywide portal holds every file.

Why We Built This Site

Georgia gives the public broad access to many records, but Greene County court files are split by court and office. The Clerk of Superior Court handles Superior and Juvenile records, civil and criminal proceedings, divorce filings, jury administration, and real estate or personal property transactions. Probate and Magistrate Court in Suite 113 handles estates, guardianships, marriage licenses, traffic matters, small civil claims, and early criminal hearings. The Sheriff's Office and jail handle custody information, while state agencies handle sentenced-offender, criminal-history restriction, and vital-record paths.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Georgia court, Greene County office, sheriff's office, clerk's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We cannot file paperwork or send records requests on your behalf
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any court document or vital record
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now

Only the issuing Greene County court, clerk, sheriff, or state agency can provide an official record or certified copy.
